Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Place the gates on an area of flat-level ground with the bottom corners touching.

Install Corner Hinge Brackets

Step 2: Attach the top Female Hinge Bracket on each gate that does not have a bracket. Do not tighten the bolts.

Step 3: Lift two gates and align Female Hinge Brackets. Place 5/8″ bolt through hinge brackets. Ensure the Female Hinge Bracket is straight with the gate, and tighten the bolt. Tighten the 5/8′ bolt. Do the same procedure at the bottom.

Step 4: Repeat the process with the other two more corners.

Step 5: Install the opening hinge on the forth corner, both top and bottom.

Step 6: Slide Part A into Part B and screw in self-tapping screws. Make sure Part A is all the way into Part B before attaching screws.

The photo to the right shows the brace installed on the top bar. We now recommend installing on the next bar down.

Step 7: Straighten the pen by measuring diagonally from corner to corner. Adjust the gates until both measurements are the same.

Step 8: Attach the 5′ Corner Braces.

Step 9: Use the Quick Release Bolts on the opening side.

Install Caster Wheel Struts

Step 10: Attach the casters to the Wheel Strut. Notice that one of the four bolts will be longer to facilitate the attachment of the 3′ Wheel Strut Brace.

Step 11: Lift each corner and place a block under the corner. We recommend a 6″ block. This will determine how high your pen is above the ground. The higher your pen is off the ground, the easier it will be to move, especially through tall grass. The higher off the ground your pen is, the higher the risk of animals escaping. We have found around 6′ is a good height but you can adjust the height to your preference.

Step 12: Attach the Wheel Struts to the pen.
