One of the best ways to use microgreens is smoothies! Kids love them and will come back for more. Just add frozen berries, microgreens, water or milk, a little stevia or sugar and blend. Throw in a few carrots for good measure. The variations are endless.
Just replace the lettuce with your choice of microgreens! You can even add a little kick by adding radish or cress microgreens. Dill or leak can also add great flavor!
